Walk-ins are welcome, but we strongly recommend booking ahead — especially on weekends and holidays — to guarantee bike availability.
Every rental includes a helmet, lock, and trail map. E-bikes also come with a charger for multi-day rentals. No hidden fees.
Full refund for cancellations made at least 24 hours before your rental. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable.
Yes! The Legacy Trail is perfect for e-bikes. If you're doing a one-way ride to Banff, Roam Transit Route 3 has free bike racks for a convenient return trip.
Groups of 6 or more may be eligible for a 10% discount. Contact us in advance to arrange group bookings.

Absolutely! If you fall in love with the bike you rented, we'll apply your rental fee toward the purchase price. Just let our team know at the end of your ride.

Yes, absolutely. Our Calgary service team is happy to help with any bike, regardless of where you bought it.
Yes! We offer flat-rate Canadian shipping starting at $100. Calgary-area delivery is also available for rentals.
Unfortunately, e-bikes are not permitted on most trails at the Canmore Nordic Centre. Consider a standard mountain bike for Nordic Centre trail riding.
